Read on for the reasons all four of the named individuals were given their respective Bankruptcy Restriction Order.

10 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 10 June 2020, Jodie Marie Risdon last known address: 47 Beckfield Road, Bingley, BD16 1QR obtained a Bounce Back Loan (‘BBL’) of £50,000 to which she was not entitled, by overstating the level of her business turnover and did not fully utilise the funds for the economic benefit of the business.

11 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 02 November 2020, Mohammed Salim Shariff last known address: 15 Cobar Road, Stockport, SK2 6EP obtained a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”), to which he was not fully entitled, by overstating the level of his business turnover.

9 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 03/06/2020, Ali Reza Shamshiri last known address: 7 Dunkeld Street, Lancaster, LA1 3DQ obtained a Bounce Back Loan (‘BBL’) of £40,000 and, on 11/01/2021, he obtained a top up loan of £5,000, to which he was not fully entitled by overstating his turnover. He filed his own petition with liabilities of £43,072.

9 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 21 May 2020, Richard Iain Montgomery Donaldson last known address: 10 Liberty Gardens, Caledonian Road, Bristol, BS1 6JW obtained a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan (‘BBL’) of which he was not fully entitled, by overstating the level of his annual business turnover.
